Day 1: Saturday - Arrivals

 

Arrive in St. Lucia and transfer to the resort.
Settle into your room, take in the views, and exhale.

We’ll gather in the evening for a group welcome dinner, where you’ll meet the other women and ease into the week together.

 

Day 2: Sunday

7:30am:  Seaside Meditation & Gentle Movement

8-10am: Breakfast

11am-12:15pm:  Alignment Workshop

Day 3: Monday

7:30am: Pilates

8-10am: Breakfast

10:30am-3pm: Soufriere Experience
Nature Hike, Waterfall, Mud & Mineral Bath followed by local lunch and a St. Lucian Cacao experience

6:30pm: Seafood Beachfront Dinner

Day 4: Tuesday

6:15-7:15am: Group Hike

7:30am: Vinyasa Yoga

8-10am: Breakfast

11:30am-1pm: Sensory Workshop

1-3pm: Group Pizza Lunch

5pm: Sunset Yin

Day 5: Wednesday

7:30am: Vinyasa Yoga

8-10am: Breakfast

 

Day 6: Thursday

6:15-7:15am: Group Hike

7:30am: Pilates

8-10am: Breakfast

11am-6pm: Boat Day and Sunset at Sea

7pm: Beachfront Roast

Day 7: Friday

7:30am: Vinyasa Yoga

8-10am: Breakfast

5-10pm: Private Group Dinner, Bonfire & Dancing

Day 8: Saturday - Departures

MORNING - Slow flow and closing circle.
