I know what's it like to be successful on paper...

For years, I lived on coffee, deadlines, and adrenaline — constantly pushing, producing, performing.
Until my body forced me to slow down.
Back surgery was my wake-up call — but the deeper healing came when I realized how much stress, emotion, and pressure I had stored in my system for years!
It wasn’t just my back. It was my life.
So I rebuilt. Slowly. Holistically.
Through movement, breathwork, and simpler food — the kind I experienced while traveling the world and especially my extended time through Europe.
Through emotional release and nervous system work.
Through watching my loved ones face health scares far too young.
Now I live what I teach:
A slower, simpler, more soulful life — without sacrificing ambition.
I’m here to help you do the same.

I’m a Certified Wellness & Nutrition Coach (NASM), Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT200), and corporate marketing executive of 20 years, who walked through burnout and came out on the other side.

I combine the science of the nervous system with ancient movement practices, nutrition rooted in nature, and a whole lot of real talk.
