Your week has been designed as a journey to Reset, Recharge, and Reclaim.
 
We’ll begin by grounding into foundations and letting go of what no longer serves. Midweek, you’ll be invited to tune in more deeply, listening to your body and spirit as you step into your strength. By the end, we’ll celebrate your growth and seal in the tools you’ll carry home with you.

Sunday, October 5th

🌞 Reset Foundations

Today is about connecting with your body, your practice, and each other. You’ll build confidence in the asanas (poses), explore new ways of moving, and soften into a nourishing release at day’s end.

  • 7:30–8:30 AM – Morning Vinyasa Flow
  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast 
  • 3:00–4:30 PM – Asana Foundations Workshop
  • 5:30–6:45 PM – Yin Yoga: Release & Surrender (upstairs on the Sunset Deck)

Meals: Breakfast included (8–10 AM). For lunch and dinner, you’re on your own today, but we always set a large group table so you never have to eat alone.

 

Monday, October 6th

🌿 Reset in Nature

Today is about grounding and renewal. We’ll begin with a flowing practice to wake the body, then step into the healing power of St. Lucia’s land and waters. Tonight we gather under the full moon for a ritual of release — letting go so we can make space for what’s next.

  • 7:15–8:15 AM – Morning Vinyasa Flow
  • 8:00–9:00 AM – Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM–3:00 PM – Excursion: Mud Baths + Waterfall + Mineral Bath (guided meditation with Christine).  Local lunch and a stop at the St. Lucia Cacao shop.

Meals: Breakfast included (option for Continental Breakfast 'To Go' today).  Lunch is included.  Dinner is on our own. Tonight, we have a group dinner table available at Ti Manje Restaurant (Beach restaurant). 

Tuesday, October 7th

🌺 Recharge with Rest & Flavor

Today is for nourishment — of body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with an optional refreshing hike, then Pilates-inspired movement, before gifting ourselves a spacious day of rest and relaxation time. Tonight, we gather by the sea for sunset drinks and a private Creole cooking class.

  • 6:15–7:15 AM – Group Hike
  • 7:30–8:30 AM – Yogalates Fusion with Portia Marcion
  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast 
  • 4:30–8:30 PM – Sunset Drinks + Private Creole Cooking Class at TiManje Beach Restaurant.  We will also have a photographer available for Golden Hour 1x1s tonight.
  • 8:30 PM – Full Moon Bonfire Release (on the beach) 

Meals: Breakfast included. Lunch on your own. Cooking class included.

 

Wednesday, October 8th

🔥 Reclaim Through Embodiment

Today is about tuning inward and reclaiming your connection to your body’s wisdom. We’ll begin with an empowering flow, then explore conscious embodiment with Souyenne. Tonight, we soften again in Yin — integrating what has awakened.

  • 7:30–8:30 AM – Morning Vinyasa Flow. We will have a photographer available for yoga 1x1s on the beach this morning.
  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast
  • 11:30am-1pm: Conscious Embodiment Workshop w/ Souyenne Rani

  •  1-3pm: Group Pizza Lunch

 Meals: Breakfast & Pizza Lunch included. Dinner on your own. 

Thursday, October 9th

🌊 Celebrate & Savor

Today is a day for joy and adventure! We’ll start with a morning hike and Pilates-inspired practice, then head out on the water for our private boat day — snorkeling, exploring, and soaking in the Caribbean. This is a time to celebrate the progress you’ve made and savor these moments together.

  • 6:15–7:15 AM – Group Hike
  • 7:30–8:30 AM – Yogalates Fusion with Portia Marcion
  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast
  • 11:00 AM–Sunset (~6:00 PM) – Private Boat Excursion (includes snorkeling, sightseeing, and fun on the water)
  • 6:30 PM – Farewell Group Dinner at Ti Manje Restaurant (beach) 

 

Friday, October 10th

🌞 Reclaim & Celebrate

On our final full day together, we’ll celebrate the strength and wisdom you’ve cultivated. The morning begins with an empowering flow, followed by free time to enjoy the island in your own way. Tonight, we gather for a special farewell dinner to honor our journey and the energy we’re taking home.

  • 7:30–8:30 AM – Morning Vinyasa Flow
  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast
  • Day is Free to Explore – Pool, spa, beach, excursions, or simple rest
  • TBC PM – Yin Yoga: Integration (on the Yoga Deck)

Meals: Breakfast included. Lunch & Dinner on your own. Group table available at Kai Manje. 

Group Excursions:  Pigeon Island & Horseback Riding (departs 9am).    Piton Hike (departs 7am)

Saturday, October 11th

🌅 Gentle Closure & Farewell

Our final morning is about gratitude and ease. We’ll share a gentle yoga practice to seal the week, then enjoy breakfast together before departures. Carry this energy forward — Reset, Recharge, Reclaim — as you return home.
