I thought I was healthy.  I was eating 'well' and running marathons… but my body was still holding weight, inflamed, and exhausted.

I believed that working harder was the answer — running further, sweating more, cutting more.  At 170lbs. I truly thought I was doing everything right: “healthy” foods, cardio for weight loss, low-fat choices, willpower.  I remember speaking to my doctor about my chronic sinus infections...his suggestion, lose 5 pounds. My reaction, "what does that have to do with my nose?"  But there was truth to that.  

Everything changed when I stopped trying to burn calories and started supporting my biology.  I didn't work harder; I started working with my body instead of against it.  And my body responded differently.
